You must provide accurate account information and must not allow another person to use your account.
2. Platform role
Screaming provides technology for discovering, scheduling, paying for, and conducting approved online companion sessions.
Companions are responsible for accurately describing and delivering their approved services.
3. Acceptable use
You must comply with the law, community guidelines, safety requirements, and service-specific rules.
Explicit services, harassment, fraud, exploitation, unauthorized recording, and attempts to bypass platform safeguards are prohibited.
4. Bookings and payments
A booking is subject to companion availability, confirmation, successful payment, and the rules displayed during checkout.
Prices, fees, taxes, credits, and discounts will be shown in the quotation before confirmation.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on timing, the cancelling party, service delivery, payment status, and the policy accepted during booking.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
6. Companion earnings
Companion earnings may be subject to platform commission, processing deductions, refunds, disputes, taxes, and payout holds.
Payout eligibility and timing are governed by the companion agreement and payout rules.
7. Safety and enforcement
Screaming may review reports, restrict features, suspend accounts, cancel bookings, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful investigations.
Users should leave a session immediately and contact local emergency services when there is an immediate danger.
8. Account suspension or termination
Screaming may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce platform rules, address fraud, or comply with legal obligations.
9. Service availability
The platform may experience maintenance, technical failure, third-party outages, or service changes. No online service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption.
10. Changes and contact
Material changes to these terms will be communicated as required. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted.
